to the *** Hotel Schupi in Karlsruhe. We are situated very close to the city and directly connected to one of the largest green areas in Karlsruhe. This makes a stay with us the perfect starting point for your activities. With a fresh appearance, the 19th century building will impress you with its individual charm.
Both single travelers and families have appreciated the relaxed stay in our 3 *** certified house for 25 years, enjoying our personal service and the variety of different room categories.
As a business traveler, you benefit from the proximity to the Karlsruhe Messe DM Arena (fair trade center), a short walk to the city center and free parking directly at the hotel building. Since 2022, you can also use our new conference and meeting room equipped with modern conference technology. For longer stays we provide newly renovated apartments with their own kitchenette.
You love to travel by bike? The Schupi is only a stone’s throw away from the bike path along the little stream Alb – your chance for an ideal stopover to enjoy the conveniences of the hotel’s spacious beer garden, comfortable rooms and lockable bike container.
Rooms
Make yourself comfortable. Our house has single, double and triple rooms in different categories. We also offer a spacious four-bed room, which is just perfect for families.
Most of the rooms have been extensively renovated and tastefully refurnished in 2022, including real wood oak parquet flooring.
All our rooms are non-smoking and equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, mattress hygiene covers (encasings), flat screen TV and cable TV. A large part of the rooms has air conditioning.
Benefit from free online access with our in-house WIFI access. Also for guests of our affordable apartments.
Relax as much as you can during your holidays. All comfort rooms offer you spacious box-spring beds for the very best sleeping comfort – some also with separate mattresses.
They are equipped with air conditioning, comfortable armchairs and a flat-screen TV, as well as high-quality carpeting or parquet floors – please let us know if you suffer from any allergies.
The comfort double rooms also have a modern, individually designed bathroom with a ground-level rain shower, towel warmer, illuminated vanity mirror and, in the room itself, a full-length mirror and additional seating.
Apartments
You are planning a longer stay in Karlsruhe? We offer our spacious long-term apartments in the neighboring building of our hotel with affordable weekly or monthly rentals starting from a stay of 7 days.
We have a total of 7 apartments for 1-3 persons. The monthly price includes a weekly cleaning with linen change (towels and bed linen), all additional costs and the applicable VAT.
All apartments have shower/WC, cable TV, a small kitchen, a sitting area, and – depending on where they are located in the building – also a balcony or terrace and free WIFI.
Parking on the hotel’s own parking space is free of charge.

Our rich Fit-for-the-day breakfast buffet is included in most room rates and is served in our restaurant at the following times:
Monday to Friday 6.30 – 10.00
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays 7.30 – 10.00
Our buffet offers you, among other things, a selection of fresh juices and coffee specialties, a large selection of cold meats and cheeses, large cereal bar with fruits and yogurt, homemade jams and fresh baked goods daily.
If you have any food allergy, intolerances or dietary requirements, please let us know when booking. We do try to make (almost everything) possible for you.
